My son doesn't like leaving the house or do activities. I don't know how you managed it but he came out of your gym and asked if he could go again. He loved it.
My daughter Harper age 7 started at Vista Twisters last July 2021, not being able to cartwheel and with low self esteem. That changed dramatically within weeks. The coaches provided her with amazing support and her confidence exploded. She is now beaming and her passion for cheer is radiating from her. As her mum i couldn't be more proud and even found new friendships with other parents. Both of us are happier in life and its all down to my daughter joining this phenomenal club.
My daughter started cheer to join her sister, to be honest I made her! I wanted her to be confident in herself. I knew by watching others how cheer would bring the best out of her. And it did. She’s now confident, has lots of new friends from other schools and towns and has a new family, a cheer family! Now I have a happy confident 10 year old!
My daughter has just completed her first full cheer season due to starting just before the pandemic, and what an absolutely fantastic experience this has been. Returning to school in year 9 her confidence was low but with the encouragement, care and support from her coaches and other athletes she has blossomed over this past year, she says "cheer, cheers her up" even if she has had a tough day at school She has made some amazing friends over this past year and watching them laugh and have fun whilst learning new skills has been a pleasure. Thankyou VT, we are looking forward to the next season and many more to come.
My son started going to recreational cheer with VT back in 2018, I didn’t think he would stick with it for long as anything he decided to try never seemed to last. He is autistic and never really took to any other club/sport. We are now in 2022 and he is almost finished his second year of competing and being part of the squad. I cannot thank VT enough for how they have helped my son with confidence, discipline and learning to be apart of a team. The coaches are phenomenal, they go that extra to make sure that all the children/young adults achieve the best that they possibly can. The atmosphere is electric, the praise is rewarding and friends you make are forever. The athletes work hard, and the comp weekends can be long, but it is so worth it. The kids leave with a buzz to keep coming back and the motivation to try harder and harder with each session. My son will proudly tell anyone “I’m a VT cheerleader” and I will proudly say I’m a VT mum
Wow cheer is an amazing sport that’s been a part of our family life for about 10yrs now. Cheer requires great commitment from both families and athletes. It delivers great team building and positive relationships, I can’t remember life without cheer! I’ve watched my daughter grow & develop into a mature strong and determined athlete of who I’m incredibly proud. Cheer is not just a sport it’s a life journey with rewarding goals. We love our cheer ‘vacations’. We get to travel to so many wonderful places including America 🇺🇸 and meet some great people. Long may it continue!
