The Club

The Vista Twisters are a voluntary run cheerleading sports club created in 2009, registering as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in 2016. The club provides sporting & social benefit to boys & girls, from 3 years old to adult.

The journey started with 12 girls (aged 9-13) competing in the BCA Southern Championships in 2009, achieving 7th place out of 10 teams in the Junior Level 1 section.  Nine years on, there are now 10 competing squads with some 200 athletes taking part in the weekly programme. The Twisters are now one of the largest cheer clubs in the UK with numerous regional and national honours, and a bronze medal in the Euro Championships in Prague in 2017.
